A challenging project. The clients approached us with a pre‐existing planning permit, but the building was lacking in functionality and DDA compliance. Together with the brief and Town Planning requirements, the project required very considered attention. This gave us the opportunity to present something unique. Delicate, well considered, and most of all
compliant. Council was pleased with the outcome and so were the clients.
